Architect / Project Manager
- Assist in production of permittable contract documents
- Lead the technical execution and production of project, including coordination with consultants from schematic design to completion.
- Provide code compliance reviews and analysis
- Assist in Permitting Processes to help expedite submittals and re-submittals
- Assist with Construction Administration Phase services, if required, such as reviewing samples, shop drawings, site visits
- Proficient in Revit**, Autocad Architecture, Adobe Suite Programs. We use Revit
- Create 3D models for Presentations and Schematics
Jr. Architect
- Proficient in Revit**, Autocad Architecture, Adobe Suite Programs
- Create 3D models for Presentations and Schematics
- Assist project team in production of Project Construction Documents
- Assist in selecting finishes and furniture packages, coordinate details and dimensions
- Prepare conceptual Inspiration Boards
Interior Designer
- Proficient in Revit, Autocad Architecture, Adobe Suite Programs
- Create 3D models for Presentations and Schematics
- Assist project team in production of Project Construction Documents
- Assist in selecting finishes and furniture packages, coordinate details and dimensions
- Prepare conceptual Inspiration Boards
- Assist in procurement process as needed
Drafter / Technician
- Proficient in Revit, Autocad Architecture, Adobe Suite Programs
- Create 3D models for Presentations and Schematics
- Assist project team in production of Project Construction Documents
- Assist in maintaining CAD Library and Procedures
- Interest in exploring other technical capabilities for the firm, such as animation and virtual reality
- Share expertise to keep firm at peak technical capabilities
