Architect / Project Manager

Assist in production of permittable contract documents
Lead the technical execution and production of project, including coordination with consultants from schematic design to completion.
Provide code compliance reviews and analysis
Assist in Permitting Processes to help expedite submittals and re-submittals
Assist with Construction Administration Phase services, if required, such as reviewing samples, shop drawings, site visits
Proficient in Revit**, Autocad Architecture, Adobe Suite Programs. We use Revit
Create 3D models for Presentations and Schematics

Jr. Architect

Proficient in Revit**, Autocad Architecture, Adobe Suite Programs
Create 3D models for Presentations and Schematics
Assist project team in production of Project Construction Documents
Assist in selecting finishes and furniture packages, coordinate details and dimensions
Prepare conceptual Inspiration Boards

Interior Designer

Proficient in Revit, Autocad Architecture, Adobe Suite Programs
Create 3D models for Presentations and Schematics
Assist project team in production of Project Construction Documents
Assist in selecting finishes and furniture packages, coordinate details and dimensions
Prepare conceptual Inspiration Boards
Assist in procurement process as needed

Drafter / Technician
